After working as a sales consultant for a foreign CRM vendor, he was in charge of project management for the planning and implementation of a CRM system at a theme park Company, promoting CRM from the user's perspective.He then held various positions at a domestic CRM vendor, including product planning manager and evangelist.
He joined Future Shop in July 2018. He currently works in the Service Production Department, where he continues to engage in a wide range of activities, including researching the e-commerce market, planning new features for Future Shop, lecturing at seminars on CRM and digital marketing, and writing blogs.
Futureshop has conducted data analysis on over 200 clients to date, and is committed to supporting its clients' marketing activities by leveraging the data analysis accumulated at futureshop.
