Shifting to a four-company structure to accelerate the "science of hospitality" by achieving agility and rapid decision-making appropriate for management in the age of AI

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masaki Kai), which "makes hospitality a science," is pleased to News that it will transition to a holding company structure and spin off each business division as of April 1, 2026, in order to achieve the agility and speed of decision-making appropriate for management in the AI era.
In conjunction with this, the company will change its name to "E-Agency Group, Inc." and each business will be transferred to three newly established operating companies.
Background and purpose of the transition to the new system
Since our founding, we have been committed to supporting businesses through data and technology, guided by our motto of "making hospitality a science." The dramatic evolution of AI technology is transforming the business environment at an unprecedented speed. Seeing this change as an opportunity, we will fundamentally evolve our organizational structure to better and more quickly support our clients' business growth.
With this transition, the three newly established operating companies will accelerate decision-making in their respective areas of expertise and work to develop services that meet the rapidly changing market environment and customer needs. The purpose of this organizational change is to increase the agility of the entire group through the growth of each business and to more powerfully support customers' business transformation in the age of AI.
